Hold yourself accountable using this simple framework

Welcome to the new Audacious Introverts joining the 18th edition of this newsletter ๐ Every week, I, Laura, share curated frameworks from the creator economy that helped me transiton form biomedical engineer to audacious content creator. Grab your notes ๐ค
Hello Audacious Introverts,
I used to miserably fail at creating a writing habit. James Clearโs atomic habits taught us one thing: to be a writer, you must behave like a writer.
In other words: what would a writer do everyday? Write.
Perfect, okay. I just need to write, no big deal ๐คท๐ผโโ๏ธ
But if you tried to establish a new habit yourself, you know it is a HUUGE deal.
Because when nobody is watching, you can just quit. No harm, no foul.
That stops now.
Today Iโm introducing you to the Law of 100.
Whatever you put yourself to, do it 100 times before you even THINK of stopping.โ
Framework #18: the law of 100
Quantity or quality?
I was team quality until I read Million dollar weekend from Noa Kagan.
The reasoning is simple: you become better the more repetitions you put into your new habit. The fastes way to improve? Quantity.
The framework: get 100 repetitions done without judging the result.
Post on linkedin for 100 days.

Record 100 podcast episodes.
Donโt worry about other peopleโs judgements, engagement or following.
โFor the first 100, itโs about doing itโ
Commit to your goal. Do the thing.
